CozyForest is a Web 3/Blockchain backed platform for creators to connect with their true fans. The platform allows creators and artists to use NFTs to gate content on a Patreon-like platform. The platform also tracked and displayed analytics, allowed fan-to-fan communication, had an announcements channel for creator-to-fan engagement, supported native NFT display in posts, and was targeted at “web2.5” by allowed SSO for sign up while at the same time behind the scenes enabling complex custodial wallet interactions.

Voodle is a short video app for enterprise, inspired by the short video phenomenon, we started to define the video use cases in business context, trying to bring the power of video into workspace. I’d been working in this team for 2 years, created the Branding, Design system, App application UI/UX, Web UI and components library

A Cloud-enabled production of VR Video platform. SPIN studio covers entire creation process, including Stitch, Editing and Encoding and Delivery to VR devices.  My work for SPIN Studio including includes the entire toolset, including the Web application for content managing and the VR app for content delivery.

Other than games, media apps have been introduced to the Xbox ecosystem since the Xbox 360. I was involved in the design program that helps media providers build Xbox-compatible apps. From the Xbox 360 to the Xbox One, I led an agency design team that designed and built more than 50 apps. During the design process, I created UX/UI that both adhered to the Xbox design guidelines and met the brand of media clients. The apps we built also went through detailed in-house usability tests to meet technical requirements. Especially, all apps were required to support controller, remote, and Xbox Kinect gesture control.

During the release of the latest Microsoft IE browser at the time, I designed and built two technical experience web apps. One of them took the idea from traditional Chinese shadow-play and leveraged the performance capabilities of the IE browser. The app runs on HTML 5 canvas with massive graphics, physics motion, and interaction. The app was live along with the IE launch event and I demonstrated it at the news conference in San Francisco.
